Hi y’all! So excited to be sharing my first post!! We are “updating” our bathroom on a budget and I need some ideas! The tile and vanity are staying so I need ideas for:

1. Wall Color

2. Grout Color

3. Vanity - keep bottom white? Counter has to stay the same color because I can’t stand the blue tile without something else making sense to why it’s blue. 🤣

Being replaced:

Toilet

Mirror

Faucets/Cabinet handles (everything will be brushed nickel)

Light Fixture (MAYBE! Last thing I would replace if budget allowed)

ETA: Our home will be a rental property soon so we aren’t going all fancy. The toilet, mirrors, faucets, and cabinet handles are all already purchased. Most important things are paint colors on the wall, the grout color (it’s white already but needs to be resealed), and the bottom of the vanity (not the counter- that is staying).
