My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is this thing?

This is a bit nipped by insects outside, but recovering now that it's indoors. I started this from Mystery Seed in August--I ordered seed, forgot what I ordered (I do this regularly) and never did remember what it was. Usually I can ID stuff myself, but for some reason, this should be obvious and just isn't.


Any guesses? I can get you leaf closeups if necessary or branch joints. In sunlight, it's a rapid-fire grower, outgrowing a six-inch pot in two weeks once past the seedling stage.
