remove the plant.. and thoroughly moisten the media ... all that peat might take a while ... and then repot it ....

I’m not sure of the need to remove the plant. If the medium is dry just water it very thoroughly. Water thoroughly rather than frequently.

These plants do not do much in winter but come summer they bloom like mad for me. I find they are thirsty plants. Mine did so well this year outside, they are stuffed into the planters now.

Watering usually revives that wilted look for mine. I often say oxalis makes a good plant for new plant owners because it really lets you know when it's thirsty.

Oxalis can also go completely dormant sometimes. If/when that happens, chop off the dead foliage, put the pot in a place where it doesn't get a lot of light and water only lightly until you start to see new growth. Then bring it back into normal light and it will start all over again.
