It's actually an Elkhorn Fern, Platycerium bifurcatum. The Staghorn Fern is Platycerium superbum.

The Elkhorn Fern is a mass of individual plants which can be separated out. The Staghorn gets huge but it's a single plant. So, you can divide your clump into smaller pieces.

As an epiphyte their root system won't be going right down into the soil. You could lift that whole clump and just drop it somewhere else suitable, They're dependent only on the roots within the clump.

Whether you can sell them depends on how you go about it. There's online sites like Ebay you can try, check them out to see how well they're selling. For local markets you should know what's in your area. People do buy them, it's all in the marketing.
