Backsplash suggestions

I have Silestone Pietra countertops with dark walnut cabinets and looking for backsplash suggestions. I am not a fan of basic subway tile and my husband is wanting something besides white and basic subway tile. I have looked at Sonoma Stellar (love the colors and design choices) but it is very pricey. Does anyone have any suggestions?
