I’m trying to decide what backsplash design to pick for my new build. It’s hard to imagine the look but here are the options I was able to create with some pictures mash up.
I love the herringbone pattern on a plain subway tile but I do really wanted to add a basket weave detail behind the stove as a highlight. I’m just not sure if doing the herringbone pattern will make it look to busy.
We are going for a more modern/transitional look. Our kitchen cabinets are light gray and our countertops white quart with golden/grays under stones. The subway tile we are picking is white matte ceramic and either with white grout or light gray.
Which look do you like the best?
