I just had to return a sink to build.com. Got online, printed the return ticket, slapped it on the box, and dropped it off at UPS. Can't get much easier than that.

Build IS Ferguson. They monopolize the market. Not for the better either.

I heard from a plumber to order directly from Ferguson (e.g. their plumbing supply store) rather than go through build.com. Is this not the case? I do understand that they are the same company but maybe buying online is a different?

Ferguson is great, but best to walk in and see the items in person.

I went to a Ferguson showroom near me. The salesperson was pleasant and low-pressure, but she *did* very strongly encourage me to purchase ALL Signature Hardware (their brand) supplies (faucet, sink, tub, toilet, bath/shower trim kit...) for my remodel. Also, while I went because I wanted to see things in person, what was on-view in the showroom is far fewer items than available on Build.com website. I did ask her if she'd match Build.com's prices and her response was "we *are* Build.com. The prices are the same.
