Great Room Beams - color?

New build. Great room is -18” x 16”.

We have decided on a white planked cathedral ceiling with one center beam 11’ feet high and two beams on either side of center beam. The fireplace will have a stone or brick surround, some kind of mantle and shiplap above the mantle up to the peak. The fireplace juts into the room 2ft. There are windows on either side of the fireplace.

  1. would it look ok to have ceiling and beams all white, walls white or light , mantle beam stained . Floor will be wood - on the medium to darker stain.
    Should the beams be stained?
