My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

A quick little Christmas project

My DH actually found this little pattern on the internet and forwarded it to me. I thought it would be fun to do a quick little project with some Christmas scraps that I had. I'm giving it to my friend who has a birthday right after Christmas. I'll give it to her early, so she can enjoy it during the holiday season. It's from Jordan Fabrics, free on their website.
