If you are owner building, you should be able to figure this cost yourself. Pricing varies by region and type of construction.

We recently built a 60x80x20 pole shed as heated shop in rural southern MN. Cost was appx $30/sq ft...of that materials were appx $13/sq ft and concrete floor was $4.5/sq ft. The rest was labor, electric, plumbing, and heat. Add $20K for large hydro lift door (overhead or bifold door would be much less).

Materials were ordered in May before big COVID price hikes. Lumberyard manager says same materials at today's prices would be 40% higher, but he expects those prices to go down considerably in our area during spring/summer 2021.
