If you own this place, I would say to build what you need. most systems are going to be too thick because they have a back or in the case of the container store systems and similar are that they have a bar behind it. thus even a 24" drawer is now at or over 25". You do nto have the space in your kitchen. But closet systems are easy to build. It is basically a box with no back or front. Shelves and bars to hang clothes are easy to create. You just need to secure it to the wall. after that, you can buy premade pull out drawers that you just screw in and are good to go.

In your case, the space is so narrow, that would be the best bet unless you want to take out walls and reconfigure the bathroom/ensuite.

The first question should be ....can you add the 4’cut out to expand the closet?

Elfa systems have different depths. I have drawers in my closet and the depth (from the wall to the drawer front) is under 20"
