My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I would not have thought walnut - I've not seen walnut with so much color variation. I would have guessed hickory... Thanks for the response.

      Saw some beautiful walnut the other day with great color variations (craft flooring) but the dealer warned me off of it due to it's softness (unless it's Brazilian which my conscience won't allow :-( )
