I would probably not use the white tile and replace it with one of the other selections.

I'd do your whole floor the same as the shower floor. Let your shower walls be the star. That patterned floor just competes for attention and argues about style.

Regarding the vanity, the one your contractor suggested appears to have a bleached finish, making it a little grey. I don't think it will go well with the more saturated colours of the maple tile. I'd get your tile sample and take it around to the big box stores to see about a good match. That said, from online shopping it looks like Ikea may have a reasonable colour and size:
