What is a split/Dutch door where the top 1/4 opens (not 1/2) called?

I live in coastal California where it is feasible to leave an exterior Dutch door open (without a screen) to vent an entryway. I am looking for a door where the top 1/4 opens rather than the top half. This smaller top opening provides added security and means visitors are not able to see into the entry until they are let into the home. Can someone help answer these questions, please?
- What is this type of door called? Searching for split or Dutch door is not working.
- Is there a manufacturer of this type of door that has more modern styling?
