I try to avoid Chinese lighting and now there are so many great lights that take LEDs 4000K which IMO are what every bathroom and kitchen need for sure. I think kitchens and bathrooms need to be like operating rooms since both need excellent lighting to work well. In a bathroom you put on makeup, shave etc you need to see . If you want to you can alwsy use dimmers I have never used them in a bathroom and in a kitchen I just put under cabinet lighting on a separate switch. I like lighting that light the space where I need the light so not usually the ceiling . Make sure the cans are no bigger than 4” either .

Get a fixture that has LED bulbs that you can replace. You can choose the amount of light (within limitations) by using more powerful bulbs. A single 100 watt equivalent bulb with give you 1600 lumens - more than the 3 halogen bulbs included with your light.

The light fixture uses G9 lamp bases, which you will be frustrated with in the future.

From what I can infer, it is also about 14" high (including glass shade), and uplighted, so if you have an 8' ceiling that will be too close to the ceiling and not enough light where you need it (face/counter height). Also, does your ceiling exhaust have a light? Usually, in a small typical layout bath, you do not want to put a dedicated recessed can right over the toilet.
