Monarch engineered flooring advice needed!!!

Please share your experience and pictures with this brand. Im looking of at least a 4mm (has 4mm, 5mm, and 6mm) wear layer. (Though I like colors in Navona and Windsor the best they are only 3.5mm and I understand they need to be 4mm or higher). Not sure if I want an oil or Urethane finish. Will be glued here. Have dogs. 2nd floor (main floor) Fla home.

How are yours holding up? Any regrets? Pictures please!

Wondering what you ended up installing. We are also considering Monarch Foxley, but having a difficult time finding customer reviews on installed floors and/or photos.

To achieve a sand and refinish you must have 3mm. An oil finish means ++++ maintenance! Lots of maintenance. Like....lots. Did I mention the maintenance?

What is the subfloor? Are you on concrete? Or plywood? What is the existing floor? What about your HVAC system? Do you have whole home dehumidifier? Wood MUST have humidity control...The homeowner MUST be able to go change humidity at any moment.

Hello. Subfloor is plywood.. Removing tile and under board. Will check moisture of subfloor. Will even out as needed to achieve a level floor. Have a home dehumidifier.

Anyone have experience with the Lago collection? I thought I loved the Como, but after bringing it home am leaning towards the Devero.
