A project we finished 2019. My client has horses in another part of their property adjacent to this pool location, which was formerly used for horses.

The original fence was rotted and replaced as the same 3 board type. Kept the continuity of the other fencing on the other part of the property.

A mini black mesh was used on the outside of the fence to prevent anyone from climbing over.

You could do the brick pillars and the 3 board in between.

So it will 'meet code' if I put mesh on the outside?

Yes.

That fence has black micro mesh with the squares being 1/2" x 1/2".

It gets stapled to the boards and posts as it's stretched taught. Comes in a roll 4' tall and usually 100' long.

What did you end up doing? Have a similar situation abs trying to find ideas
