It looks like you are in the middle of construction/remodel. If this is the case, have them cut up into the ceiling wide enough for roll down black out curtains. This way you never loose the view unless you need to.

Fyi- There are also two part blinds, two rollers, one with a blackout material and a second with a more sheer fabric.

But this will allow it to be this exact view and when needed, you can close your "curtain."
