You won't find it ready to go. Have a carpenter build them, or a carpenter alter regular base cabinetry.. How many, what size, a picture of the laundry would help, if you want more help.

Or alter the doorway. Or buy a 36 inch high closed console with doors ( furniture ) and you will have a 20 inch depth and get a solid surface remnant op for it.. Can't help without more info, What size, what wall, etc.

@JAN MOYER the edge of the doorway with no trim is 25 inches from the back wall. I was thinking about taking the trim off, but it would still go all the way to the door. I have 72 inches of space on that wall before my washer and dryer start, so I wanted to put base cabinets and wall cabinets for storage. I just think it will look too crammed in with standard 24 depth cabinets. Its hard to see in my pics, but all of these walls are coming out and the hot water heater is being relocated to the garage. its 22.5 inches to the edge of the current door trim (which is being changed out, but could be altered. The other side of the laundry room will have a tall pantry cabinet and a bench with hanging hooks above. our garage goes into this room and this room goes into the family room/kitchen area.

@JAN MOYER Ive thought about this solution (and it is a good one) but im concerned about how it will look from my family room looking in. We rarely close this door since its such a through way to the backyard and garage. the counter would step out twice. once from 18 to 24 and then again to 33 for the washer and dryer. Wouldn't it look odd looking in from the family room?

Honey, what's the issue? Either CLOSE the door, or pay up for a custom cabinet/lower AT THAT DEPTH. to match the rest of non custom cabinets. Three baskets is a "messy view?? Seriously : )

Or add some WALL and reduce the counter and storage by a foot. - either way, UN crowd the door entry

Consider making some shelved storage in the garage.....maybe some of that stuff doesn't need to be in the laundry.

@JAN MOYER not the baskets, it's more the different depths of the cabinets.

A crowded entry is far worse. . You are going to have to pick a poison. You jam everything against a door casing, or you deal with the issue a different way. As if the honkin w/d will look better at their depth, against only a 21 inch depth lower cabinet? As if that is a more convenient folding spot? Really? As you wish, but I'd just scale back the end and not make an issue of something that is NOT a big issue. It is "over think".

I’m with Jan, start with a shallow cabinet to transition to standard. Depending on who you buy from that could be a 12” wall cabinet (could be installed on blocking to move it forward) or if you use ikea they have 15” base cabinets with drawers.

You can get vanity full-height 34.5" and 21" deep with drawers, etc.

In any case, I know for a fact that many different cabinet distributors I deal with have full-height 21" deep vanities available in a few configurations, here is another company Timberlake that you probably have a distributor near you.

IKEA makes bases that are 15" deep, if that could be of use.

We cut the ikea base cabinet to fit depth. My husband said it was really easy, but he has a table saw. Ikea cabinets are great for modifying because they don’t come assembled. Hope you find something.
