you could use the area or storage of all the large bulky items bought at like a Costco/Sams Club. You could store your holiday decorations. Could make it into a gift wrapping location and storage of those supplies. Could make it into a sewing room maybe if thats something you do. You could make a corner into a reading nook, for those times when you want to get away from the family hubbub. No one will bother you in the laundry room, lol.

I had definitely planned to use it as a pantry of sorts as our kitchen is sometime limited when we have the whole family over (post-COVID!), but hadn’t though about gift wrapping and that’s an awesome idea! I also have seasonal stuff for the summer...outdoor glassware, etc.

We are empty nesters now but live in a very desirable area just down the street from an elementary school, so I’m also thinking of re-sale one day. We plan to have some deep drawers for things like sports gear.

put led lights for under counter and inside the drawers, cupboards too. Lights that auto on/off when opened/closed. I have led lighting in my under sink vanity and love it, along with it in my custom made med cabinet, in my bathroom.

My cabinets don't go all the way to the ceiling, so I have extra toilet paper and paper towels up there.

In my cabinets I have: Bon Ami(always at least 5), detergent(always at least 3), liquid soap(I have lots of refills), lots of cleaning products, clorox, extra light bulbs, paper plates(I buy a bag of 300), a sterlite container with a bunch of loose nails and screws, lots of boxes of facial tissues, unused paint brushes, and a few other small things.

Thanks!! Good ideas here. Was also thinking of things like batteries, watering can and other indoor plant paraphernalia. Really, who am I kidding...those cupboards will be filled in no time 😂
