Or is it too early to tell? I'll come back when I get some leaves. No other stone fruits are blooming yet. It makes suspicious small fuzzy fruit that disappear early due to excessive squirrel interest. Either planted by squirrel or somehow survived the transition from orchard to housing in the 1950s. I can't get to the trunk to see if it's regrowth, but it has probably been too long for that anyway. It's probably a random hybrid planted by a rodent but it really puts on a show in the spring.
