Furnace blower motor-Hum sound

I am having the same humming problem with my furnace blower motor. After watching Jeremy Fielding video I want to replace the capacitor first before I buy the new motor. Question: Can I use BOJACK 20 uf 370V 450V AC CBB65 Motor and Fan Starting Round Capacitor 20 MFD 10000AFC to replace my AEROVOX 20uf 370 V 60 hz?
