Show the HOUSE as is. A flat panel ( slab ) door, is not usually as successful painted white, as stained.

Seems to beg a bit of appropriate detail. First two pics, versus last pic. But yes, you can mix, detail and paint etc. Depends the door and YOUR house

I have a MCM home and all my doors are painted a dark gray with Pixelated glass in them I find the flat panel doors unless very expensive do not look good painted only wood and IMO you need to be careful to not go in the direction of farmhouse in your choice of door styles.My doors are all down an interior hallways and they allow light into the hall but give privacy to the spaces even the bathroom.

@JAN MOYER the house is under construction so no real useful pictures. We are doing everything flat panel for kitchen and vanities so I feel like for consistent style we would go with the third picture for white on mdf to take paint better. I love the look of wood doors but in the bedrooms there are bathrooms so I worried about having g too many doors seen together if all were wood Since they are side by side. Also same with garage door as it is right next to a bedroom door. We are doing glass door for the laundry since we are adding a skylight in it to add some light to the hallway

@Patricia Colwell Consulting my wife wanted shaker doors which I really don’t want due to what you say about farmhouse. My house like yours has a hallway with all the bedroom doors, laundry and powder room but the difference is within each bedroom is another door to the en suite bathrooms which is where I’m struggling since there are many doors. It’s 4 bedrooms 4.5 bathrooms so 13 doors total.

Pick a door with SOME detail.. Do whichever stained, and where you want paint? do that. A flat slab painted door? Mostly looks like afterthought. : ) and rarely looks intentional/

Your wife wanted "shaker" A happy medium is that third picture above, or a three panel. and only the SURFACE treatment/finish , ...........varies.

@JAN MOYER i may be not understanding because the third picture above is white painted slab right? I was thinking white for interior room doors (bathrooms) and wood for hallway doors to bedrooms.

Just because doors and drawers in a kitchen/nath are slab.does not negate APPROPRIATE detain on passage doors

No to "saker farm" yes to something ELSE. More suggestive of the period.. Then paaint or stain that something else.
