Love our Sharp microwave drawer. We have it installed in our island. As for induction range... the sky is the limit. It all depends on your budget. GE makes great induction ranges (various price points depending on whether you buy Profile or Cafe), but you could also spend $$$$ and splurge on a Wolf.

I also love our Sharp drawer microwave. It's much easier for my kids to use also, and pretty much out of sight.

I don't use a microwave, but I love my induction range; in fact, I'll be moving in the next few months and will be replacing the almost-new range there with an induction one. I have an LG slide in induction because I wanted one with knobs - but whatever style you get, I'm sure you'll love cooking with induction. There's a small learning curve because it heats up and turns off faster than a standard electric - more like a gas stove - and you have to make sure your pots and pans will work......Most do, but you can check by seeing if a magnet sticks to the bottom of the pan.

I love our Miele induction range, but most of the ranges seem to be pretty good these days. If you can, try to find a store with “live” appliances. Many people love touch controls, which are common and which often offer more power levels, but they didn’t work too well with my body chemistry. Also, some of the ovens are louder than others, if that is an important factor for you.

Love my Sharp microwave drawer. Almost seven years now and maintenance free!
