Has anyone used Advanced Window Corp for replacement windows?

Has anyone used Advanced Window Corp for replacement windows in Chicago? How was your experience? How long have you had the windows? Have you had any issues? We received a quote from an installer and the installer's reviews are all fantastic and 5 stars. However, they install vinyl windows from Advanced Window Corp, and I have not been able to find much out about the quality of these windows.

They are a bit regional and not really available to me, but I do know that there are better options in that marketplace region.
