My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What are the dimensions of this room and is it built on pillars, concrete slab or does it have a foundation? Thanks

    Hello! The sunroom is roughly 14 x 14' with 8' 6" ceilings. The room was built over the existing unfinished basement and has heat and air conditioning. There are double folding French doors that lead to the living room and a single French door that leads to the dining room. Let me know if you have any other questions. Laurene
