When you repotted it, what soil did you use? Did you happen to notice anything odd with the roots? How much are you watering the plant? Is it constantly wet?

The reason I'm asking is that kind of looks like systemic root rot; it's hitting the whole plant at once, I see no signs of disease on the leaves, and no signs of insects anywhere.

However--and this is a big however--I'm visually impaired. So somebody else may chime in with an obvious answer. Give it some time to see if they do.

If not. You might try the following, although by the time things progress that far, well...

1) Mix 1 part hydrogen peroxide in 3 parts water.

2) Water the plant thoroughly with this mix. It'll kill most diseases in the soil, or at least give the plant a fighting chance.

3) If the answer to "constantly wet" was "yes," and this is in a heavy soil, I might be inclined to repot it in a lighter soil mix after about 24 hours of sitting in the hydrogen peroxide mix (it'll do all it's going to do by that time). In this one case, that's going to mean knocking soil off roots to replace it, which is going to stress the plant again...but at least you'll get a good look at any potentially damaged roots.

Young spider plants like to be moist, but never soggy. Older ones can be left to go more dry.

And again, give others a chance to chime in here as I can't see any other issues. That doesn't mean others can't in those photos--just that I'm physically unable to.

Why did you repot? The plant looked great in that set up using the hanging pot as a cache pot. It looks like it was overwatered to me. Maybe your soil is not draining well.

Yes, my immediate reaction is that it’s overwatered. Is there a drain hole in the pot ?

in my experience over 30 years or so ... i water spideys almost like a cactus.. i let them go bone dry before watering again ...

i can tell when its dry.. when the hanging plastic pot weighs .. or seems to .. nothing ..

most likely you are seriously overwatering ...

i have also thrown old plants on the compost pile and walked away... and come back months later.. and they are still growing.. with absolutely no watering ... but what nature gave ...
