One door looks better since other doors are single too.

I think the one door looks best, I would try to get the doors on either side of the hood to be as close in size as possible.

Thank you all for replying! Kathylaw made me readjust my thinking. I started from the point of centering the range to have symmetric drawers on either side. But if I adjust everything to make the upper cabinets symmetrical, I think it all works much better. I would love any feedback on this idea. Thank you.

I prefer symetrical bottom cupboard and would use drawers under cooktop. Looks more grounded to me.

Lizziesma. Thanks for the reply. A freestanding range is going there. I have to lose the double ovens because the fridge wall is coming down. So the fridge will be where the double ovens are now.

Just commenting on the bottom - cabinets add to only 26” on first and 28” on second. Maybe that 8” is supposed to be 10”?
