I think you mean having the bathroom and bedroom open to the living space?

One of those rooms will have to open to the living space. You can close off the bathroom and have access from the bedroom.

You could play around with the bedroom size a bit, but I'd go for something like this. If you don't want the linen/coat closet you could just make the bedroom closet bigger.

Thanks @shirlpp and @Kat for the comments. I always worry about trying to fit ambulance gurney in the hall to go to the bedroom. I saw that happening before for someone who lived in small place. It was challenging and I learned my lesson.

I have each square representing a foot. I know in most homes 4' hallways are acceptable/normal. I suppose it could be a tight turn into the room, but perhaps you could speak to somebody in the know to find out.
