My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I've grown 2 Mme. Lambard' Teas from cuttings taken from Luanne Wilsons' plant that she got on a trip to Vintage Gardens, when Greg and Phillip still had a nursery by the road leading to Sebastopol, Ca. We could admire the bands of all sorts of roses, many of which were in bloom before we chose one or half a dozen. Lovely days. Thanks for the memories.

    P.S/ one of the daughter plants has shown all the variations that this rose is known for', blooming mostly peach on part of the plant when the other roses were pink blends, One part of a branching cane bloomed blush and white, 2 years ago, which was a shocker to me. L.
