The bathroom is too small to convert to separate rooms. Depending on the size of your washing machine, you may be able to fit it and a shower in this room.

Yes, too small to fit all that in. Certainly no room to add a wall. A shower stall and washing machine on the end wall but the current sink will have to be moved to access the shower/ washer. Don't see how you can fit a deep sink & a hand basin in there. Perhaps a small wall hung basin on the wall perpendicular to the toilet. But still no room for the deep sink because it will be blocking either the shower or washer.

Keep in mind that you need room to move the washer into & out of the room and space to pull it out for potential repairs.

I guess you know that moving & adding plumbing & drains is going to be expensive.

Hi. Thanks for the comments thus far. The plan is to split the room in 2 totally. One side a utility area with a separate entry 2’3” by 7’4”. The other a walk-in shower with it’s own entry from the bedroom 2’11” by 7’4”. We’ve decided to forego the toilet and just add a walk-in shower and single wall hung basin on the left. We have 2 other toilets and a full bathroom. Also guest quarters with an en-suite ☺️
