36" flush vanity top

We are trying to update our guest bathroom. The shape is very odd, mostly due to it backing up to the master bathroom, so not much we can do about the layout. As soon as you enter you come to a 36" wall where the medicine cabinet is over a 36" vanity. This vanity and top is flush up against the left wall with no overhang on either side. We were looking to do the same again only with an updated vanity and top. This has presented us with a challenge. We can not find a 36" vanity and top with no overhang, where left meets wall, right exposed, with plumbing clearance of 6" from floor plumbing. I have my heart set on a one piece sink top with one hole faucet. Any suggestions on where we can find something. Working with Frank Webb and have not found anything yet. I do not want to go smaller, as there would be a gap next to wall, when children and others will drop items forever and would be hard to clean. Walls are being demoed to remove tile, so might move plumbing to wall if needed. Any suggestions or ideas?
