If it were mine, I would remove it from that pot and give the Aloe its own, little pot....maybe with a C/S soil mix that has 50% perlite, and of course a drainage hole. One problem I see is that you have a Haworthia on the left in the same pot with an Aloe. I don't know what that other plant is....a Crassula of some type?

Haworthia is a plant that does best in moderate light -- usually filtered, occasionally bright but no direct sun. Most aloes can handle sun if acclimated properly. I have about 8 different ones and they are in bright Florida sun for as many hours as I can give them -- usually 3-5 hours a day. If that IS a Crassula, that too is a bright sun plant.

If and when you repot, you can check the root system. I suspect that the plant has been over-watered, or that the soil has compacted and is not letting the root system sufficiently grow. It looks like a couple that I have had that browned their way into eventual demise. Added drainage material almost always helps. Also if you are using perlite, it's important to wash it first and get the dust off. Perlite straight from the bag comes with a lot of dust and that will choke the plant. Hope this helps. just a thought ... growing too many different pants in ne pot.. means you cant give each one the individual care it needs ...

in other words.. maybe it struggling because it has different needs than the other two ...

im not into succulents much ... and specifically these 3 plants ... but the above is a general rule for me.. when dealing with houseplants ...

learn how to grow each plant.. before you start trying to make pretty fancy pots of combined plantery ... new word there.. lol ..
