I'd use nickel. It will look less harsh on the white cabinets, and stand out better on the dark blue island. Get a matching faucet. You've already got a lot of different finishes in the space.

Hardware doesn't have to be matchy matchy, it just has to look right. I had a terrible time choosing cabinet hardware. I brought pieces home that I loved and found they didn't look right. I looked and looked. I went and bought a lot of different styles and in all the colors they had. The hardware I chose I only picked up because it was on clearance. When I got it in the kitchen it was perfect. I have stainless appliances, sink and faucet. Light cabinets and a dark floor. The hardware is oil rubbed bronze and it looks right.

Nickel. Mix and match is on trend, but based on what you’ve got going on, simple is best. You want it to be harmonious rather than some sort of statement. Also, don’t overthink it. Easier said than done, but pick something quality which is also reliable brand and move on to cook and drink wine and share your new space with friends and family. After awhile you will forget you sweated your choice.
