I have a little of that too, probably kess than you. It may not be urine, it could be some of the sticky they used to make the toilet adhere to the floor. I just scrub regularly; it’s all I can do unless I want to complain to DH as it’s not a priority. I sympathize with you because it’s not a good look.

keep scrubbing, but be careful not to damage floor. You might want to talk to our handyman about resetting the toilet.

Clean area with bleach.

One of my friends is a contractor and he always got a call from one of his clients who is long since passed...Mary Murphy. She was a clean freak. Every so often she would have him come over to take the toilet off so she could clean under it.

It may wax from the toilet wax ring. Try cleaning as best you can then use white bath and kitchen caulk around the toilet base. My DH uses caulking to fix/hide everything.
