I had a strange thing - to me, at least - happen yesterday: I took out a new jar of Aprium Jam from the freezer to defrost; I found that the Aprium pieces had seperated from the jelly, and the jelly part had become globs each like a soft Gummi Bear. I heated the contents just to a boil and then put it back in the jar. This morning it was once again my regular jam.

I had used that low-sugar pectin and wondered if that might have been the cause.

Anyone have any ideas on this one?
