Nothing special about this dish, other than the fact that everything on the plate, everything except the seafood, is from my garden. Spring is here!

Great presentation! A fun springtime arrangement.

My forsythia is fading fast and asparagus has not show up yet. And DH can not eat seafood. Guess I can not do one like this :)

What are the other foods on the plate?

The red is tomato, and the yellow is sweet bell pepper. They are both from my greenhouse.

Oh yes. Great for this pandemic according to folk medicine: "some evidence shows that forsythia may have antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties---"

I have flowers from my arugula patch. No chives yet.

Tomato and pepper mentioned before. Asparagus, and Okahijiki (or Land Seaweed).

sjerin, Thanks. No, I am not professionally anywhere near the food industry other than cooking in my kitchen. I do enjoy exploring the joy of feeding my eyes in addition to my stomach.
