I can fill in the blanks of the small portion that isn’t in the photos. 👍 if you can shift the washer or dryer closer to one wall or the other, you could build a floor to ceiling cabinet. And I found this mud room wall that seems shallower than most. Not sure what kind of storage you need.

Can you post a drawing of the room with wall, window, and door dimensions? I agree with hemina, can you shift the new W/D?

Do you use the folding rack for drying, or can it be folded and hung up for periods?
