Different growth rates for Seducer--the one on the right was bought as a large plant in 2017 from a local nursery, the one on the left is actually 2 plants bought from Sebright in 2018.

Christmas Tree Gala has some leaves that show some damage but it's a good grower in my yard. No sign of the Lakeside Paisley Print that is next to it.

it was cold here last night too..I have a few new annuals and I put them in my garage yesterday..I never saw the official low temperature but it was below 40..
I wish you lived in my neighborhood..I'd love some brunnera..

Cold here too. Down to 33.6 degrees and everything did fine. I took a few pots into the house and some big ones into the shed just to be safe.

Miles, your plants appear to be doing so well. I have a Paisley Print and I had to go looking for it. It’s just barely up. Also one of my Waterslides has taken forever to show and finally all the mice have also showed up too. Today I will ammonia drench the new ones. Yesterday it was 80 here and when I went to been late it was still 66. But I doubt this weather is around to stay.

Thanks Debra, I worked a bit on getting leaves out of the beds yesterday, It's in the low 80's here today. I was going to do a drench but we are expecting rain the next couple of days. I assume that rain will wash away the drench, correct? Bought some annuals, caladium, ferns, new guinea impatiens and large coleus which I will have to get into containers asap.

I think the ammonia drench works right away on contact. There's probably a little lasting effect, but not much. But I'm no expert.
