This vanity compatible with toe kick heater?

Remodeling a basement bathroom and looking at heating options. Right now it has an oversized metal panel with radiant heat from the boiler behind the door. It’s ugly and too large for the space. Plumbers are going to remove when they redo floor to set the shower and move toilet.

Ideally, I would like to install a toe kick heater like we have upstairs. However, the vanity has a decorative front piece that partially obscures where a toe kick would go. Would it still be ok to have a toe kick heater there or too much heat that will damage the vanity?
