Would you lower the wall cabs to line up?

This is in my hoped for laundry room update. My plan is to hang 24” deep cabinets to the right of the w/d units. I like the idea of being able to pull out deeper cabinet, kind of like this.

This is the cabinet that I’m planning on using.

I have very limited storage in this room, not to mention the whole house, and need every possible inch I can get.

I can fit 3 12inch wide pull outs on this wall. The one closest to the w/d will be laundry product, the others will be for housekeeping products. Here is my layout.

The open shelf above is only about 9” high.

My question is whether I should lower those 3 cabinets about 4” so the top lines up better with the bottom on the cabinet above the w/d. It’s not like I need space for an appliance under there. Plus that makes that open space big enough to store paper towels, which is where I keep them now.

It would look more like this.

This room is part of my main floor powder room, so is used by guests.
