Got an area in my garden where I'd like to plant a shrub. The issue is the location only gets mid-day sun. I've never measured the amount of direct sunlight but if I were to take a rough estimate.... Roughly starting between 10-11am and ends at 1-2pm. Before and after that timeframe, it's dappled shade. I know Azaleas and Rhododendrons would work nicely in the location but I already have some of those. Curious to know what else may be a good fit. Below is some additional information

• In zone 6a to be exact and needs to be able to withstand New England winters.
• Location has 3-4 hours of direct sunlight. Rest of the day is dappled shade through tree leaves.
• Space is not an issue at this location so medium to large sized shrubs (at maturity) are fine.
• A flowering shrub is highly preferred
• Something that is a fairly fast grower to fill the spot.
• Soil location isn't clay like. At least as far down as 4 feet when I last checked
• Soil is acidic which is normal for my region.
