Help me ID the Michigan native geranium, please.

I've grown geranium in my garden for years, obtained from friends, plant sales, various sources. I'm now having extensive work done removing invasive from my wooded property. Before I propagate and introduce these to my woods, or share them with others interested in natives, how can I tell which, if any, are native to my region? No blooms, yet, to help this season.
