I probably was not clear in my question, For the backsplash I was not looking to use plastic , I was looking at porcelain/ceramic that had a stone look, similar to a New York Soho tile. The issue when working with a kitchen builder, is they want all items ordered and on hand. so when the job is started, they are not held up by items not being available. I don't have the option to wait until cabinets and counter tops are installed, even though that would be ideal. I am concerned that using a countertop such as the MSI Montclair White quartz contertop, I am limited to only using a white ceramic/porcelain glossy backsplash tile. I was hoping to get suggestions on backsplash options. Sorry for the confusion

I'm having the same issue right now. I love the Montclair White quartz and am looking for a backsplash.

Right now I'm leaning toward this by Interceramic, but I'm concerned about its practicality in a kitchen because of the texture and unpolished stone.

Unfortunately, I can't find anything similar in ceramic tile.

Here's a tile by Esmer we are considering. It's called "fawn." It's matte. It's a greige I guess? It looks different in different light, but so does the montclair white countertop. I love the countertop, so we'll do this or white.
