IMO those colors do not work tigether at all and I like a deck floor to be in the same color family as the inside flooring. As for the railing IMO the same as the siding and leave the door until all the rest is done. If you want to do the deck floor in a color I would choose a lighter shade of the siding. That enty stopp needs serious work it is in no way inviting and needs railings and IMO the steps should be the same width as the top deck, there is no shelter for guests at the door and why do you need a storm door since you reall yhave no space for a door to swing out. unless you make that whole enty deck much bigger .

Before you do the deck in that rainstorm color..... have you walked on a color like that? I'm thinking there will be perceptual issues when you walk. Just looking at it, I think I might get disoriented when walking on it.

I would match the railings to the siding so they don’t pop out.
