backsplash for white dove chameleon cabinets

At it again, trying to find a tile for the backsplash. My first hope if possible, keep it light and neutral because of the open concept. We do have some grey tile samples but I hesitate since the entire downstairs is painted mindful grey. Blue or green tiles won’t work as it’s a small area and those colors just don’t relate to anything we have
I’ve tried a marble look backsplash and hard to tell without grout but my fear, too white and cool. I’ve tried a tri color tile-varying shades of whites, light greys and those didn’t seem to work
Wondering if this particular tile is too off color wise? Stove will be a slide in range if we ever get it along with a stainless vent. Still waiting for the new under cab lights
Color alright or keep looking?
As always, I truly appreciate your input...who knew this would be so difficult!

WHICH tile? All we really see is what you have not yet ripped off. Can't tell a thing from a single taped to the wall. Neither can you.

Take a drawer face to a real tile store...........drag home sample boards. Stand them up. there IS no other way. No to the dark gray, and with any pic? CLOSER please.

What is your lighting? Cabinets look a bit icy cold in a couple shots.

Sorry about that, the smaller tile to the right. I was trying to include a few close ups but couldn’t add more. We switched our lights to daylight-I believe 4000? Unfortunately the current backsplash won’t come down until the tiler starts the work. We’ll hit the tile store this wk/end for larger sample boards but all I’ve tried so far look completely different depending which area of the kitchen I try. I will post again once I get more samples. Thank you
