The pictures are no help but an actual to scale drawing ideally on graph paper is where you start. You need to show every window doorway and where the plumbing is . All meausurements clearly marked . Since this appears to be a reno the plumbing will be a huge deciding factor usually.

Is your bathroom going to have a double vanity?

A tub and a shower? Together or separate?

Do you want a swing door or sliding door to your bathroom?

Do you want to see that bathroom from where your bed will be?

What size bed?

Do you want a window in your walk-in closet? Will it be only for clothes or other storage?

Does your husband want a home office or desk of any type in the room? A tv? What size?

How tall are your ceilings?

My husband wanted two sinks but I dont think we have the space which is fine. We’re getting a walk in shower and we have a king size bed. The walk in closet will be mostly for clothes and no we will have the office in the basement. It doesn’t matter to me which 2 of the 3 rooms get a window. The ceiling will be vaulted (8 feet on the window side with the bigger window and 10 feet in the middle).

Will wait for the graph paper measured drawing, but my first response is that there are not enough windows for a master bedroom suite. It would appear easy to add windows along the top and left walls. Also, if the bedroom is entered from the end of the hallway, along the 4 ft. dimension, this will adversely impact your flexibility in laying out the space. Putting the door along the 11 ft. wall would help.

Thanks everyone. We got busy and made a lot of quick decisions. This is what we ended up with! On the right is the bathroom and on the left is the walk in closet. Now I just have to decide where the TV is going for electrical and we’ll be good to go!
