The chlorine generator (salt water generator/ SWG) produces it's own chlorine so there is no need for tabs.

You should shock with liquid chlorine as needed.

Your Cyanuric Acid level must adjusted and maintained around 50 ppm. SWG's tend to drive up pH and Total Alaklinity levels, so they must be kept in check with acid.

A sequestering agent, such as Jack's Magic, should be used weekly to help prevent scale.

A salt level of 3500 ppm is optimal for SWG's to work their best.

SWG's cell's should be checked annually for any scale build up and cleaned as needed.
