We have had a leak for over 15 years. Various repairs have included more weep holes, replacing brick and Tyvek, applying sealant to grout and replacing second floor windows. When we do a hose test we can tell the area but can’t pinpoint the leak. I am over the brick and want to replace the front portion with vinyl siding. All advice or suggestions appreciated. I am at my wit’s end.
