Unhappy Prayer Plant

When it comes to my faves- Prayer Plants are in my top 3. Ive loved them for years. Problem is…. they don’t love me back.

I just can’t seem to keep them happy. My house is a cave. 1 window facing south (above the kitchen sink), one window facing west (we call it the plant room- jam packed over winter), 2 windows facing north and 2 facing east. I keep my prayer plants in the bathroom- one of the best lit (east facing window but also the light is almost always on which helps more than one would expect) places and they have always appreciated the extra humidity. I never let the soil dry completely but do wait til the top inch (aprox) is dry before I water. Which I always do thoroughly, until water flows from the drainage holes. I dump the saucer so there’s no sitting water.

Then suddenly it all goes to hell.

Side note- I know This pot looks huge- believe it or not this pot was a perfect fit for this prayer plant when I got it- prob about 9 months ago. I’ve been hesitant to repot while it’s so unhappy.

HELP! Please!!!
